We are a long established solicitors' practice operating from modern headquarters in Stanmore. SLP is the trading name of Ellistons LLP providing specialist commercial and residential property services. The firm is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and strictly adheres to their Code of Conduct rules (- see www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/code-of-conduct.page for more details). Our sister practice Bernard Elliston Sandler & Co LLP (BES) meets the legal needs of clients on other matters.

SLP provides clients with expertise in a number of complementary areas of property law ranging from the most complex aspects of real estate involving the acquisition or disposal of large scale investment properties to more routine grants and renewals of leases on behalf of landlords; from advising on obscure areas of Leasehold Enfranchisement litigation to routine rent arrears claims.
