Mark Goldwater - Managing Partner

Mark is our Head of Litigation – a specialist who helped build the original dedicated department dealing with the whole range of civil litigation issues helping clients on Landlord and Tenant work, Personal Injury Claims and Mortgage related matters.

He has since been very busy broadening the portfolio of the litigation department providing a reliable resource for clients from many walks of commercial life.

Mark joined the practice 23 years ago and has also assisted in managing the repeated attainment and retention – year-on-year – of the Law Society Lexcel accreditation and Investors in People award in relation to the group practice.
