Paul Widra - Chief Executive

Paul brings to SLP a wealth of commercial, administrative and managerial expertise in his dual roles of Chief Executive and Head of Human Resources.

He is naturally fully behind the Lexcel and Investors In People initiatives in the firm recognising that it is the people that deliver solutions to clients' matters.

Paul’s commercial acumen was honed in retail, managing a variety of major outlets, before working in distribution and the supervision of prime departments countrywide.

Later, he became the commercial Managing Director for a charity and set-up a successful chain of retail shops for them. Paul has been, throughout his life, very active in charity work for both adult and children's hospices.
